Jose Pimienta vs Desiderio Recio

Boxing Daily Report from the Players Only promoted show at Mexico City Valenciano, Mexico City,  taking place on 04/01/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Distrito Federal Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Pimienta (23 - 5 - 2) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Desiderio Recio(20 - 11 - 7) from Mexico City, Mexico.  Both Pimienta and Recio weighed in at 112 pounds.
