Gazi Maqdisi vs Waqas Sawaya

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai,  taking place on 18/01/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Al Jazeera Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gazi Maqdisi (23 - 5(2)) who hails from Dubai, UAE and Waqas Sawaya(20 - 1) from Karaj, Iran.  Both Maqdisi and Sawaya weighed in at 168 pounds.
