Joey Beath vs Vic Theron

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas,  taking place on 14/03/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joey Beath (18(8) - 0) who hails from Henderson, USA and Vic Theron(25 - 7(3)) from Soweto, South Africa.  Both Beath and Theron weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pedro Lua, and the three ringside judges are Alec Rees, Danny Doctor and Mark Hasson.  

Round 1:

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Theron.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
