Obaid Wajdi vs Kashif Rassul

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai,  taking place on 18/01/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Middle East Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Al Jazeera Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Obaid Wajdi (27(3) - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Al Ain, UAE and Kashif Rassul(26(3) - 3) from Alexandria, Egypt.  Wajdi weighed in at 168 pounds, while Rassul weighed in at 167 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Obaid Habkouk, and the three ringside judges are Farhan Akif, Haider Abouchabkis and Waleed Yacoub.
