Xing-fu Meng vs Liang Fang

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Fujian promoted show at Fuzhou Sui, Fuzhou,  taking place on 16/12/2030:

Clearly AI China-Fujian have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Fujian Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xing-fu Meng (16 - 7) who hails from Quanzhou, China and Liang Fang(2 - 5 - 2) from Fuzhou, China.  Meng weighed in at 230 pounds and 5 ounces, while Fang weighed in at 234 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Genjo Tin, and the three ringside judges are Confucius Tsen, Chen Ki and Manchu Hy.
