Uang Chen vs Fo-hai Rao

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Henan promoted show at Anyang Huaqiang Hotel, Anyang,  taking place on 16/12/2030:

Clearly AI China-Henan have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Henan Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Uang Chen (7 - 6 - 3) who hails from Anyang, China and Fo-hai Rao(11 - 10 - 4) from Luoyang, China.  Both Chen and Rao weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yuan Kiang, and the three ringside judges are Wen Sheng, Xing-fu Kwan and Xing-fu Kwan.
