Alejandro Alamo vs Nemesio Asencio

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Argentina-Córdoba promoted show at Dimos Monsanto Gym, Córdoba,  taking place on 14/01/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Córdoba Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Alamo (15 - 15 - 7) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Nemesio Asencio(11 - 16 - 9) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Both Alamo and Asencio weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quico Espina, and the three ringside judges are Pancho Castrillo, Juan Dorado and Ponce Tinoco.  

Round 1: 

Alamo is on target with a left hook.  
Asencio hits home with a right uppercut.
