Azam Rassul vs Faisal Matar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Egypt-Giza promoted show at Ahmed Rahaman Gym, Giza,  taking place on 18/01/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Giza Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Azam Rassul (8 - 7 - 3) who hails from Giza, Egypt and Faisal Matar(16 - 6(2)) from Giza, Egypt.  Rassul weighed in at 147 pounds, while Matar weighed in at 147 pounds and 11 ounces.    As Matar came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Waqas Abdullah, and the three ringside judges are Faisal Beydoun, Umair Khaleel and Tariq Samir.
