Hernan Carreon vs Antonio Marta

Boxing Daily Report from the Mwindilila Promotions promoted show at Maracay Mazon, Maracay,  taking place on 01/02/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hernan Carreon (11(6) - 0) who hails from Valencia, Venezuela and Antonio Marta(7 - 0) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Carreon weighed in at 160 pounds, while Marta weighed in at 159 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Montenegro Morales, and the three ringside judges are Jose Mate, Quin Alamo and Santiago Camarillo.  

Round 1: 

Carreon is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Carreon digs in a left uppercut to Marta's body.

Marta pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a left hook into Carreon's liver.  
Marta throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Marta's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Marta's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
