Arun Parmer vs Akhil Ramakrishnan

Boxing Daily Report from the Buari Promotions promoted show at Mandip Apte Gym, Jaipur,  taking place on 20/01/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the India-Rajasthan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Arun Parmer (14 - 16 - 4) who hails from Jaipur, India and Akhil Ramakrishnan(5 - 8 - 3) from Jaipur, India.  Parmer weighed in at 147 pounds, while Ramakrishnan weighed in at 146 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dhaval Kunjir, and the three ringside judges are Saad Rahman, Ashok Bhandari and Asif Amini.  

Round 1: 

Ramakrishnan is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook.  Ramakrishnan tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.
