Takeshi Saeki vs Kyo Shoda

Boxing Daily Report from the Paintsil Promotions promoted show at Takeo Ota Gym, Funabashi,  taking place on 23/01/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Takeshi Saeki (11 - 17(2) - 5) who hails from Ichikawa, Japan and Kyo Shoda(9 - 17 - 2) from Funabashi, Japan.  Both Saeki and Shoda weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yoshi Oh, and the three ringside judges are Michi Sakamoto, Satoshi Nakahara and Michi Sakaguchi.  

Round 1: 

Saeki pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Shoda steps away from his opponent and is on target with a cross.
