Shayan Qureshi vs Rashid Safar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Sarawak promoted show at Irfan Tabet Gym, Kuching,  taking place on 26/12/2030:

Clearly AI Malaysia-Sarawak have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Sarawak Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shayan Qureshi (4 - 6 - 1) who hails from Kuching, Malaysia and Rashid Safar(14(7) - 0 - 1) from Kuching, Malaysia.  Qureshi weighed in at 117 pounds And 6 ounces, while Safar weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sajid Sheikh, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Cheng, Imran Majid and Ali Mannan.  

Round 1: 

Qureshi throws a left hook, but Safar holds on to his opponent.  Safar is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Safar about fouling.
