Hiro Sawaya vs Kazuki Bando

Boxing Daily Report from the ノックアウトボクシング promoted show at Suita Iseri, Suita,  taking place on 24/01/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Osaka Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hiro Sawaya (8(5) - 0 - 1) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Kazuki Bando(6 - 3(1) - 3) from Sakai, Japan.  Both Sawaya and Bando weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daichi Koga, and the three ringside judges are Michi Kinoshita, Akira Iha and Satoru Goda.  

Round 1: 

Sawaya is looking to close the distance and drives a firm right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Sawaya hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Bando tries to keep the action at long range.  Sawaya lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Sawaya advances into close range and hits home with a solid left hook.  
Sawaya walks his opponent into the blue corner.  Sawaya quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Sawaya lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Sawaya hits home with a sharp left hook.  Sawaya tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Bando has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Sawaya digs in a firm right hook to Bando's body.  Sawaya ties up his opponent.  Sawaya is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Sawaya.  
Bando throws a right hook, but Sawaya holds on to his opponent.  Sawaya tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Bando's kidney. 
Sawaya feints a left, and then lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Sawaya closes the distance and digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Sawaya is on target with a stinging right hook to Bando's body.  
Sawaya lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Sawaya closes the distance and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Bando switches the action to the outside.  Sawaya connects with an overhand right.  
Sawaya advances into close range and manages to force Bando into the corner.  Sawaya lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Sawaya is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Sawaya throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Sawaya about fouling.

Sawaya manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Sawaya whips in a nasty left hook to his opponents liver.  IT LOOKS LIKE BANDO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Sawaya holds on to his opponent.  Sawaya leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  Bando almost instantly recovers.
