Rob Bwita vs Callum Chekamondo

Boxing Daily Report from the Hacopyan Promotions promoted show at Gethin Byaruhanga Gym, Kampala,  taking place on 05/03/2021:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uganda-Kampala District Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Bwita (2 - 2 - 1) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Callum Chekamondo(5 - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Bwita and Chekamondo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Magunda, and the three ringside judges are Jay Mwesige, Rehman Shaikh and Dai Birungi.
