Lei Dow vs Wang Zang

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Fars promoted show at Shiraz Saade, Shiraz,  taking place on 01/01/2031:

Clearly AI Iran-Fars have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Fars Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lei Dow (6 - 3) who hails from Shiraz, Iran and Wang Zang(11 - 3 - 1) from Shiraz, Iran.  Both Dow and Zang weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amer Farran, and the three ringside judges are Khalid Sarwar, Amer Shahidi and Faisal Salih.  

Round 1:

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Dow.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
