Amer Qudsi vs Shayan Rahaman

Boxing Daily Report from the Mayat Promotions promoted show at Mecca Maloof, Mecca,  taking place on 31/01/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia-West Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amer Qudsi (16 - 12 - 3) who hails from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Shayan Rahaman(11 - 10 - 2) from Medina, Saudi Arabia.  Both Qudsi and Rahaman weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rashid Tantawi, and the three ringside judges are Syed Elmoudawi, Aftab Toma and Azam Qadir.  

Round 1: 

Rahaman gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Rahaman gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Rahaman gets on the inside.  Rahaman lands a right uppercut.  Rahaman wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Qudsi dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Qudsi lands a left uppercut.
