Fumio Shimomura vs Aoi Sano

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Saitama promoted show at Ace Boxing Gym, Saitama,  taking place on 02/02/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Saitama Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fumio Shimomura (11 - 5(2) - 3) who hails from Tokorozawa, Japan and Aoi Sano(4 - 1 - 1) from Saitama, Japan.  Shimomura weighed in at 199 pounds And 5 ounces, while Sano weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Nishi, and the three ringside judges are Mitsuru Kamei, Kaede Iwasaki and Daiki Kurihara.
