Owen Merrick vs Daniel Hesson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Kentucky promoted show at Louisville Temple, Louisville,  taking place on 02/02/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Kentucky Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Owen Merrick (23(6) - 9(1) - 1) who hails from Lexington, USA and Daniel Hesson(12 - 11 - 3) from Louisville, USA.  Merrick weighed in at 159 pounds and 9 ounces, while Hesson weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hugh Days, and the three ringside judges are Patrick Carnegie, Matthew Hatt and Paul Edgar.
