Ian Montrose vs Malcolm Inglis

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New Mexico promoted show at Michael Gubay Gym, Albuquerque,  taking place on 02/02/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New Mexico Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Montrose (16(3) - 5) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and Malcolm Inglis(7 - 10 - 3) from Albuquerque, USA.  Both Montrose and Inglis weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gus Maddix, and the three ringside judges are Waqas Saah, Ashley Herriott and Kris Lorimer.  

Round 1: 

Montrose digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Inglis throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.
