Chris Lowder vs Roger Bermudez

Boxing Daily Report from the Spinger Boxing Club promoted show at Dallas Reuben, Dallas,  taking place on 02/02/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Texas Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Lowder (8 - 16 - 6) who hails from Houston, USA and Roger Bermudez(13 - 19(2) - 4) from Dallas, USA.  Both Lowder and Bermudez weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Mings, and the three ringside judges are Henry Messer, Paul Kernell and Adnan Ghattas.  

Round 1: 

Bermudez advances into close range and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Bermudez sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a right uppercut.
