Khaladdin Bukhari vs Shakir Arshad

Boxing Daily Report from the Akafia Promotions promoted show at Dushanbe Eivasov, Dushanbe,  taking place on 02/02/2031:

Clearly Akafia Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khaladdin Bukhari (14(5) - 0) who hails from Bokhtar, Tajikistan and Shakir Arshad(8 - 16(2) - 3) from Khujand, Tajikistan.  Bukhari weighed in at 147 pounds, while Arshad weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dmitriy Saryev, and the three ringside judges are Hamid Quadri, Vurghun Suleimanov and Dmitri Gamanbalanow.
