Elliot Ti vs Shing Penn

Boxing Daily Report from the Sultan's Fists promoted show at HST Ipoh Badminton Arena, Ipoh,  taking place on 22/02/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Malaysia-Perak Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elliot Ti (16(2) - 1(1)) who hails from Ipoh, Malaysia and Shing Penn(15 - 8 - 7) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Ti weighed in at 107 pounds and 15 ounces, while Penn weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Syed Habib, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Baccus, Amer Firman and Zuffur Sylla.
