Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Wukesong Arena, Beijing,  taking place on 08/02/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the East Asian Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Starsports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Liko Thong (21(8) - 10(3)) who hails from Wenzhou, China and Yuichi Nakayama(24(1) - 4 - 1) from Chiba, Japan.  Thong weighed in at 226 pounds and 7 ounces, while Nakayama weighed in at 230 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yuan Hsu, and the three ringside judges are Quon Shu, Wu-pen Zeng and Wu-pen Zeng.
