Frisco Tostado vs Cipriano Briones

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Tamaulipas promoted show at Vicente Delgadillo Gym, Ciudad Victoria,  taking place on 03/02/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Frisco Tostado (8 - 15 - 4) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Cipriano Briones(13 - 8 - 3) from Matamoros, Mexico.  Tostado weighed in at 141 pounds, while Briones weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Agapetus Llorente, and the three ringside judges are Angel Albo, Francisco Rigor and Selestino Berlanga.
