Orson Cohen vs Omer Van den Dorpe

Boxing Daily Report from the Belpit Promo #5 promoted show at RTL Spiroudome, Charleroi,  taking place on 21/02/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Belgacom TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Orson Wildboy Cohen (10(8) - 0) who hails from Lausanne, Switzerland and Omer Van den Dorpe(13 - 13(2) - 6) from Antwerp, Belgium.  Both Cohen and Van den Dorpe weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montague Bonnaire, and the three ringside judges are Reinald Jade, Page Nouvel and Blaise Courtellemont.  

Round 1: 

Cohen advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Cohen clinches his opponent.  Cohen pushes his forearm into Van den Dorpe's face.  The ref breaks Cohen's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Cohen lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Cohen lands with a stinging jab.  
Cohen closes the distance and throws a right uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Cohen ties up his opponent.  Cohen pushes his forearm into Van den Dorpe's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Cohen about fouling.  
Cohen lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  Cohen holds on to his opponent.  Cohen uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Van den Dorpe's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Cohen to stop fouling.  
Cohen lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Van den Dorpe pivots to the right of his opponent.  Van den Dorpe attempts to land a left hook, but Cohen sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Cohen lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Cohen throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cohen walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Cohen lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Cohen gets on the inside and lands a firm left uppercut.  
Cohen lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Cohen is on target with a stiff jab.  
Cohen is looking to close the distance.  Van den Dorpe throws a left hook, but Cohen holds on to his opponent.  Cohen leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Cohen's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Cohen quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Van den Dorpe is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Cohen gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cohen throws a left uppercut, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Cohen holds on to his opponent.  Cohen leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Van den Dorpe is looking to keep his distance.  Cohen throws an overhand left, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.

Cohen gets on the inside.  Cohen is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Van den Dorpe dabs at his face checking for damage.

He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Cohen holds on to his opponent.  Cohen leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.

Cohen drives a right uppercut into Van den Dorpe's ribs.

Cohen advances into close range and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head, AND VAN DEN DORPE IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 9.  
Cohen is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Cohen lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS VAN DEN DORPE TO THE CANVAS!  The count reaches 10, but Van den Dorpe is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Cohen!
