Chung Yen vs Chung Mok

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Fujian promoted show at Fuzhou Dea, Fuzhou,  taking place on 07/02/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on His TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chung Yen (13 - 15(4) - 5) who hails from Xiamen, China and Chung Mok(19(11) - 7(7)) from Qingdao, China.  Yen weighed in at 174 pounds and 11 ounces, while Mok weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shing Boh, and the three ringside judges are Dewei Tien, Yuan Tsou and Manchu Hy.  

Round 1: 

Mok steps inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  
Yen lands a right hook.  
Mok manages to force Yen into a corner.  Mok lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Mok clinches his opponent.  Mok leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Mok's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mok lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Mok clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Mok pushes his forearm into Yen's face.  The referee warns Mok and breaks the clinch.  
Mok throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot.  Mok holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks Mok's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mok digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Mok is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Mok sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Mok is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Mok steps inside.  Yen throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Mok time to recover.  
Yen throws a left hook, but Mok holds on to his opponent.  Yen leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Mok's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mok gets on the inside.  Yen throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Mok lands a right hook.  
Mok is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Yen sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Yen attempts to land a jab, but Mok sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Yen steps away from his opponent.  Mok hits home with a hard jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Yen's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Yen's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Mok quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with an overhand left.  
Mok closes the distance.  Mok lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  As Mok tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Yen dabs at his face checking for damage.  Yen almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Mok lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Yen steps away from his opponent and lands a cross.  
Mok gets on the inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Yen in a corner.  Mok drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  Mok clinches his opponent.  Yen leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Mok lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Mok clinches his opponent.  Mok leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Yen connects with a cross.  
Mok steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Yen tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with an overhand left.  
Mok is looking to close the distance and digs in a firm right uppercut to his opponents body.

Mok forces Yen to back into the ropes.  Mok contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Yen is on target with a jab.

Mok throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Mok closes the distance.  Mok quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Mok lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Mok pivots to the side of his opponent.  Yen throws a left hook, but Mok ties up his opponent.  Mok is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Mok to stop holding.  
Mok lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Mok gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Mok hits home with a right hook.  
Mok feints a jab, fooling Yen into throwing a right uppercut counter.  Mok is waiting for the shot and counters with a FIERCE cross.  YEN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Mok knows Yen is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Mok lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND YEN IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Mok is looking to close the distance.  Mok EXPLODES a MASSIVE left uppercut into his opponents face.  DOWN GOES YEN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  Yen now seems to have his senses back.

Mok advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Yen in a neutral corner.  Mok lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Yen switches the action to the outside.  Mok drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Yen attempts to land a jab, but Mok dodges the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Mok pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a stinging right hook to Yen's ribs.  
Mok lands a left uppercut to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.

Mok lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Yen quickly recovers.

Mok lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS YEN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Mok!
