Makalo Akamenya vs Mzikayise Manamela

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Dawu Sports Stadium, Accra,  taking place on 08/02/2031:

Clearly African Fusion have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the African Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat 1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Makalo Akamenya (27(3) - 9(6) - 2) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Mzikayise Manamela(16(2) - 1) from Pretoria, South Africa.  Both Akamenya and Manamela weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leighton Kwei, and the three ringside judges are Keshawn Abadamloora, Roshaun Adu and Obaid Younes.
