Kenji Tsuda vs Jing Chow

Boxing Daily Report from the Pearlnew Promotions promoted show at Ariake Arena, Tokyo,  taking place on 15/03/2031:

Clearly Pearlnew Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kenji Tsuda (17(7) - 1(1)) who hails from Takarazuka, Japan and Jing Chow(16(2) - 12(6) - 5) from Xiangyang, China.  Both Tsuda and Chow weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ryo Nagasawa, and the three ringside judges are Takeo Kibe, Taro Harada and Hikaru Onaga.
