Porfio Montez vs Angel Borrero

Boxing Daily Report from the Ofosu Promotions promoted show at Medellin Portalatin, Medellin,  taking place on 10/02/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Colombia-Antioquia Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Porfio Montez (11 - 5 - 3) who hails from Medellin, Colombia and Angel Borrero(14 - 10 - 5) from Medellin, Colombia.  Both Montez and Borrero weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Enzo Alcocer, and the three ringside judges are Vidal Lopez, Fausto Sergio and Alejandro Yero.  

Round 1: 

Montez digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Montez tries to step out of his opponents range.  Borrero attempts to land a jab, but Montez slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Borrero sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Montez is on target with a right hook.

Borrero gets on the inside.  Borrero pivots to the side of his opponent.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Borrero dabs at his face checking for damage.
