Jemond Ostermeyer vs Ace Tapie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Nord-Pas-de-Calais promoted show at Roubaix Cabal, Roubaix,  taking place on 20/01/2031:

Clearly AI France-Nord-Pas-de-Calais have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Nord-Pas-de-Calais Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jemond Ostermeyer (1 - 5) who hails from Lille, France and Ace Tapie(14(5) - 11(6) - 1) from Lille, France.  Both Ostermeyer and Tapie weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Garner Tellier, and the three ringside judges are Nicolas Reinier, Odil Auriol and Sezni Prost.  

Round 1: 

Tapie advances into close range and is on target with a right hook.  Tapie ties up his opponent.  Tapie throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Tapie to stop fouling.  
Tapie drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  Tapie ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Tapie pushes his forearm into Ostermeyer's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Tapie about fouling.  
Tapie walks his opponent into a corner.  Tapie pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Ostermeyer quickly recovers. 
Tapie steps to the outside and lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Ostermeyer almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Tapie advances into close range and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Ostermeyer tries to step out of his opponents range.  Tapie hits home with a cross.  
Tapie lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Tapie closes the distance.  Ostermeyer throws a left uppercut, but Tapie clinches his opponent.  Tapie leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ostermeyer tries to keep the action at long range.  Tapie hits home with a solid cross.  
Tapie drives a sharp right uppercut into Ostermeyer's ribs.  Tapie holds on to his opponent.  Tapie pushes his forearm into Ostermeyer's face.  The referee warns Tapie and breaks the clinch.  
Ostermeyer drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Tapie lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Tapie closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Ostermeyer quickly recovers. 
Ostermeyer throws a left uppercut, but Tapie ties up his opponent.  Tapie leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Tapie's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Tapie lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Tapie closes the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND OSTERMEYER IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 7.  Ostermeyer quickly recovers. 
Tapie gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Tapie connects with a firm left hook.  
Tapie lands a HUGE left hook.  OSTERMEYER HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  
Tapie lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Tapie holds on to his opponent.  Tapie tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Ostermeyer behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Tapie about fouling.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ostermeyer's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Ostermeyer's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Ostermeyer's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
