Tefu Zokwana vs Onaedo Zulu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Mamelodi Mahlangu, Mamelodi,  taking place on 19/02/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Tefu Zokwana (17 - 14(2) - 5) who hails from Pretoria, South Africa and Onaedo Shaka Zulu(25 - 12(5) - 3) from East London, South Africa.  Both Zokwana and Zulu weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cole Twala, and the three ringside judges are Ontibile Nyauza, Lisimba Jali and Bongani Zungu.  

Round 1: 

Zulu closes the distance.  Zokwana attempts to land a left uppercut, but Zulu sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Zokwana tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.

Zokwana is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a cross.

Zulu leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Zokwana steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Zokwana sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head.

He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND DOWN GOES ZOKWANA!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.
