Alastair Moncrief vs Dave Ruane

Boxing Daily Report from the Howe Out promoted show at Newcastle Prothero, Newcastle,  taking place on 21/02/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-New South Wales Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alastair Moncrief (11 - 12(2) - 6) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Dave Ruane(14 - 4(1) - 3) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Moncrief and Ruane weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Vaughn, and the three ringside judges are Owen Frame, Gethin Bufalini and Lewis Mescall.
