Alfons Mercken vs Jochem Van den Kerckhove

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Netherlands-North Holland promoted show at Lambrecht Servaes Gym, Amsterdam,  taking place on 27/01/2031:

Clearly AI Netherlands-North Holland have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Netherlands-North Holland Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alfons Mercken (7 - 0 - 1) who hails from Amsterdam, Netherlands and Jochem Van den Kerckhove(13 - 9 - 2) from Amsterdam, Netherlands.  Mercken weighed in at 160 pounds, while Van den Kerckhove weighed in at 160 pounds And 11 ounces.    As Van den Kerckhove came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Tone de Beule, and the three ringside judges are Arthur Parydaen, Timo Schottyn and Mark Schoonvliet.
