Ruben Theron vs Ian Kabwela

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxers promoted show at Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 03/04/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ruben Theron (21(10) - 2) who hails from Tembisa, South Africa and Ian Kabwela(18 - 10 - 5) from Umlazi, South Africa.  Theron weighed in at 236 pounds and 6 ounces, while Kabwela weighed in at 226 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Thomas Kotze, and the three ringside judges are Phumelele Mkhize, Quaashie Duncan and Rob Bakwamba.
