Waleed Hussain vs Hassan Barghouti

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UAE-Abu Dhabi promoted show at Haaris Nabih Gym, Al Ain,  taking place on 02/03/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE-Abu Dhabi Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waleed Hussain (4(3) - 0 - 1) who hails from Abu Dhabi, UAE and Hassan Barghouti(8 - 9(2)) from Al Ain, UAE.  Both Hussain and Barghouti weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amer Fyad, and the three ringside judges are Zain Bey, Aftab Nicoy and Rehan Kanso.  

Round 1: 

Hussain steps away from his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Barghouti closes the distance and throws a left hook, but Hussain clinches his opponent.  Hussain pushes his forearm into Barghouti's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Hussain about fouling.  
Hussain is looking to keep his distance.  Hussain sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a solid cross.  
Hussain lands a jab, overhand left and a cross to his opponents head.  
Hussain lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Barghouti is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Hussain on the ropes.  Hussain lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Hussain holds on to his opponent.  Hussain leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  Barghouti almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Hussain lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Hussain tries to keep the action at long range and lands a solid overhand right.  
Barghouti is looking to close the distance.  Hussain quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Hussain hits home with a right hook.  Hussain ties up his opponent.  Hussain is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Hussain about fouling.  
Barghouti walks Hussain onto the ropes.  Hussain lands a jab, left hook and a jab to his opponents head.  
Barghouti advances into close range.  Hussain throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hussain is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Barghouti recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Hussain lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Hussain lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Hussain lands a straight 1 - 2.  He continues the combination and lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head, AND BARGHOUTI IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Barghouti almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Hussain lands a stiff jab.  
Barghouti cuts off the ring, trapping Hussain on the ropes.  Hussain lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Barghouti now seems to have got his legs back.  
Barghouti closes the distance and throws a left hook, but Hussain ties up his opponent.  Hussain is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Hussain lands a solid left hook.  Hussain throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Hussain lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Hussain lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Hussain lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Hussain throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Barghouti steps inside.  Hussain lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS BARGHOUTI TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Hussain!
