Vicente Borge vs Neper Alvizo

Boxing Daily Report from the Otoo Promotions promoted show at Ciudad Guayana Limon, Ciudad Guayana,  taking place on 02/03/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Venezuela-Bolivar Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Borge (23(1) - 1) who hails from Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela and Neper Alvizo(7(3) - 0) from Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela.  Borge weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces, while Alvizo weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Loredo Chirinos, and the three ringside judges are Lorenzo Mancilla, Carlos Bailen and Joaquin Abrigo.
