Alec Renton vs Cipriano Grijalva

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at National Lawn Tennis Complex, Nassau,  taking place on 12/03/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alec Renton (11(4) - 2) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Cipriano Grijalva(11 - 13(2) - 2) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Renton and Grijalva weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bradley Latta, and the three ringside judges are Robert Dew, Paul Colville and Lucas Twaddell.  

Round 1: 

Renton gets on the inside.  Renton quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.

You can sense the frustration from Grijalva now.   He pushes his head into Renton's face...that looked intentional!  The ref separates the two fighters and tells Grijalva to watch his head.  He gives Renton a few minutes to recover.  
Renton lands a left hook, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Renton forces Grijalva to back into the ropes.  Renton digs in a stinging right hook to Grijalva's body.  Renton clinches his opponent.  Renton tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Grijalva behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Renton to stop fouling.  
Renton gets on the inside and is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Renton steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Renton is on target with a jab.  
Renton digs in a telling right hook to Grijalva's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE GRIJALVA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Grijalva recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Frustration is reaching boiling point for Grijalva now.    He throws a hook, and catches Renton low!  The ref halts the action and sends Renton to the neutral corner.    He warns Grijalva that he is heading for a point deduction.
