Charlie Alphonse vs Scott Shabangu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Eastern Cape promoted show at Eghenyan Gym, Port Elizabeth,  taking place on 05/03/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Eastern Cape Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Charlie Alphonse (10 - 4) who hails from East London, South Africa and Scott Shabangu(13 - 1) from iBhayi, South Africa.  Alphonse weighed in at 118 pounds, while Shabangu weighed in at 117 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Deion Nsoh, and the three ringside judges are Rob Mthethwa, Rob Tshiepela and Dele Hlatshwayo.
