Tobias Taggart vs Malcolm Poovey

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Des Moines Civic Center, Des Moines,  taking place on 03/05/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Mid West Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tobias Taggart (28 - 1(1)) who hails from Cedar Rapids, USA and Malcolm Poovey(16 - 4) from Wichita, USA.  Taggart weighed in at 239 pounds and 12 ounces, while Poovey weighed in at 236 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Stephen Kidd, and the three ringside judges are Nicholas Mower, Will Hinshaw and Leeroy Rielly.
