Joaquin Covarrubias vs Fresco Pozos

Boxing Daily Report from the Tlolane Promotions promoted show at Santiago de los Caba Tirado, Santiago de los Caballeros,  taking place on 08/03/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joaquin Covarrubias (14 - 15(2) - 5) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Fresco Pozos(21(2) - 5 - 1) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Both Covarrubias and Pozos weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Baltasar Valladolid, and the three ringside judges are Quin Salido, Frisco Valle and Quico Amaya.
