Matt Stephen vs Eloy Casimiro

Boxing Daily Report from the JDHawks Gym promoted show at Idzi Gawlik Gym, Vilnius,  taking place on 22/02/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Matt Stephen (4(2) - 0) who hails from Spanish Town, Jamaica and Eloy Casimiro(11 - 13 - 2) from Barranquilla, Colombia.  Stephen weighed in at 147 pounds, while Casimiro weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sylwester Gola, and the three ringside judges are Piotr Koscinski, Alaksander Wierzbowski and Rajmund Sokalski.  

Round 1: 

Stephen is on target with a sharp left hook.  Stephen wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Casimiro dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Stephen forces Casimiro to back into the corner.  Casimiro throws a right hook, but Stephen ties up his opponent.  Stephen is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Stephen to stop fouling.  
Casimiro throws a left hook, but Stephen holds on to his opponent.  Stephen hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee warns Stephen and breaks the clinch.  
Stephen lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Stephen tries to land a left hook, but Casimiro blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Stephen sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Casimiro lands a right hook.  
Stephen is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Casimiro in the corner.  Stephen drives a right hook into Casimiro's body.  Stephen holds on to his opponent.  Stephen uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Casimiro behind the head. The referee warns Stephen and breaks the clinch.  
Stephen steps inside and drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Stephen drives a right hook into Casimiro's body.  
Casimiro pivots to the left of his opponent.  Stephen hits home with a sharp cross.  
Stephen is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  Stephen ties up his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
