Pat Ghyselbrecht vs Orson Gide

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belgium-Capital Region promoted show at Brussels Tellier, Brussels,  taking place on 15/03/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belgium Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sport10, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Pat Ghyselbrecht (14 - 15 - 5) who hails from Antwerp, Belgium and Orson Gide(21 - 6 - 2) from Brussels, Belgium.  Both Ghyselbrecht and Gide weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Verity Beaumarchais, and the three ringside judges are Francis Paradis, Pascal Arabie and Pascal Mollere.  

Round 1: 

Ghyselbrecht hits home with a left uppercut.  
Ghyselbrecht is on target with a cross.

Gide connects with a firm left hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Ghyselbrecht has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

Ghyselbrecht attempts to land a left hook, but Gide sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Gide closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS GHYSELBRECHT!  He manages to get up at 4.  Gide holds on to his opponent.  Gide pushes his forearm into Ghyselbrecht's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Gide to stop fouling.  
Gide senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Gide lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DROPS GHYSELBRECHT!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  It looks like Ghyselbrecht has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Gide is on target with a right uppercut.  
Gide steps to the outside.  Ghyselbrecht sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Gide lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Ghyselbrecht is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Gide is looking to close the distance and tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Ghyselbrecht pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ghyselbrecht throws a left hook, but Gide clinches his opponent.  Gide leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Gide's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Gide walks Ghyselbrecht onto the ropes.  Gide lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Gide ties up his opponent.  Gide hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch.
