Borden Batton vs Launcelot Mani

Boxing Daily Report from the Badalian Promotions promoted show at Acelin Bikoula Gym, Maroua,  taking place on 16/03/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Extreme-Nord Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Borden Batton (11 - 6 - 3) who hails from Maroua, Cameroon and Launcelot Mani(19 - 9(2) - 5) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Both Batton and Mani weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Forrest Feydeau, and the three ringside judges are Olympe Olinga, Marc Ongandzi and Rupert Milla.  

Round 1: 

Batton tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a cross.  Batton throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.
