Percy Fossey vs Garland Galliard

Boxing Daily Report from the Makasdjian Promotions promoted show at Petionville Voisin, Petionville,  taking place on 21/03/2031:

Clearly Makasdjian Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Haiti-Ouest Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Percy Fossey (4 - 7(2) - 2) who hails from Delmas, Haiti and Garland Galliard(7 - 12 - 1) from Carrefour, Haiti.  Both Fossey and Galliard weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bassett Cantona, and the three ringside judges are Charles Filipacchi, Xebec Paille and Phillippe Ledoyen.
