Rudi Laas vs Eward Kuker

Boxing Daily Report from the Howes Promotions promoted show at Regensburg Schaefbauer, Regensburg,  taking place on 26/03/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SPORT1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rudi Laas (23(16) - 0) who hails from Chemnitz, Germany and Eward Kuker(12 - 2) from Nuremberg, Germany.  Laas weighed in at 168 pounds, while Kuker weighed in at 167 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Archimbald Marzen, and the three ringside judges are Rey Gersch, Wendell Jahr and Rodney Gier.  

Round 1: 

Laas is looking to close the distance.  Laas pivots to the right of his opponent.  Laas lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Laas clinches his opponent.  Laas pushes his forearm into Kuker's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Laas walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Laas hits home with a left uppercut.  
Laas lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Kuker tries to land a right hook, but Laas sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Laas drives a firm left uppercut into Kuker's body.  
Laas closes the distance and forces Kuker to retreat into the blue corner.  Laas lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Laas lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Laas holds on to his opponent.  Laas is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Kuker pushes his forearm into Laas's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kuker about fouling.

He continues the combination and lands two left uppercuts followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND KUKER IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Laas!
