Mason Lai vs Hassan Asmar

Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Kuala Lumpur Arshad, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 26/03/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Federal Territory Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mason Lai (16 - 10 - 3) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Hassan Asmar(21 - 8(4) - 1) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Lai weighed in at 160 pounds, while Asmar weighed in at 159 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Tariq Ahmed, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Mohammed, Xi-Wang Soon and Tariq Ahmed.  

Round 1: 

Lai switches the action to the outside and connects with an overhand left.
