Danny Couts vs Vince Rafferty

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Robina Stadium, Gold Coast,  taking place on 03/05/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the WRBA Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Danny The Thin Man Couts (37(15) - 2(1)) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Vince Rafferty(29(20) - 1(1)) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Couts and Rafferty weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Francesco Ghiglia, and the three ringside judges are John Wark, Ewan Duffy and Mike Tripi.  

Round 1: 

Rafferty is looking to close the distance and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents liver.

Couts is looking to keep his distance and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Rafferty quickly recovers.
