Dai Blackard vs Matt Heaven

Boxing Daily Report from the ADR Boxing promoted show at Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne,  taking place on 01/05/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Oceania Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dai Blackard (23(14) - 0 - 1) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Matt Heaven(11(6) - 1) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Blackard weighed in at 230 pounds and 6 ounces, while Heaven weighed in at 234 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ian Suit, and the three ringside judges are Callum Mairs, Nathan Savas and Mark Stein.
