Danh Quy vs Dai Thanh

Boxing Daily Report from the Kongo Promotions promoted show at Co Tu Gym, Hanoi,  taking place on 02/03/2031:

Clearly Kongo Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Vietnam-North Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Danh Quy (6 - 15(3)) who hails from Hanoi, Vietnam and Dai Thanh(7 - 16 - 1) from Hanoi, Vietnam.  Both Quy and Thanh weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vu Tuan, and the three ringside judges are Trinh Cuong, Lac Quy and Thi Ca.  

Round 1: 

Thanh hits home with a cross.  
Quy lands a right uppercut.  
Thanh closes the distance and walks his opponent into a corner.  Thanh digs in a right hook to Quy's body.
