Asif Anwar vs Farhan Shad

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Morocco-Grand Casablanca promoted show at Casablanca Soussi, Casablanca,  taking place on 05/04/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Asif Anwar (8(4) - 1) who hails from Marrakech, Morocco and Farhan Shad(6 - 5 - 2) from Tangier, Morocco.  Anwar weighed in at 146 pounds and 6 ounces, while Shad weighed in at 147 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diya al Din Bagui, and the three ringside judges are Zaky Alayyashi, Istiqlaal Elassas and Taqiy Stephenson.  

Round 1:

Anwar lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Anwar dabs at his face checking for damage.  Anwar has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

Anwar closes the distance and connects with a sharp left hook.  
Anwar lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Anwar lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Anwar pivots to the left of his opponent and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Shad quickly recovers. 
Shad attempts to land a left hook, but Anwar parries the shot and counters with a solid left hook.

Anwar closes the distance.  Anwar quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Shad throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Anwar ties up his opponent.  Anwar is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Anwar lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SHAD IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Anwar!
